Safety standard:
The SoloGigabit data center is built to the industry’s most stringent standards – the Uptime Institute Tier IV specifications. Implemented in data center computerized Building Management Systems (BMS) allows to monitor and remotely operate sensors covering electrical, mechanical, fire detection and leak detection systems.

Continuous power supply:
Every site provides uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and standby diesel generators capable of supporting the site indefinitely in the unlikely event of a failure of grid-power.

Monitoring and control equipment:
Ongoing maintenance and investment State-of-the-art building management systems monitor each critical element of the facility. The data center also has rigorous and comprehensive maintenance and investment program.

Climate control:
All critical equipment is installed in an N+1 or 2N configuration, enabling to guarantee continuous cooling to all assets.

Fire safety system:
The SG data center is protected by a sophisticated smoke and fire detection system (VESDA) and a pre-action dry-pipe fire suppression system. These highly sensitive two-stage smoke detectors are linked to the BMS and monitored continually from a network operations center. NOVEC gas does not pollute and is breathable.


Power supply connections:
The data center is designed in compliance with Tier IV safety standards: its power supply reaches N+1 MW.

Telecommunication connections:
The data center provides direct access to Tier I and Tier II global network providers, with a possibility to connect directly to over 350 networks the world’s largest internet exchange.


Video surveillance:
The data center has 20 CCTV video cameras, providing a complete audit trail of everyone in the building on 24/7 basis.

Physical security:
The data center has an on-site security center manned on 24/7 basis: they ensure an access only to registered people following pre-notification and personal identification.

Electronic security systems:
Only authorized visitors are allowed through the single point of access to the data center’s red zone. This is a Programmed Access Card (PAC) and Mobile customer number, providing access to designated areas only.
